Funding as a foreign state institution
The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Israel Office is a non-profit organization registered in Israel. It operates as the local representative office of the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, which is based in Germany.
The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation is a German institution that is fully funded by public funds.
According to the provisions of Section 36A(a) of the Israeli Amutot Law, the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation in Germany is considered a foreign state entity for reporting purposes.
The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation in Germany fully finances the activities of the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Israel Office.
Accordingly, the work of the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Israel Office is fully funded by a foreign state entity.
